the third by the Grace of God of England Scottland France and Ireland King
Defender of the faith etc. Annoque Domini 1698 By his Majesties Justices
thereunto Appointed and Authorized (Viz.)

Present. Mr. William Barton, Mr. John Wightt, Mr. Robert Tylor, Mr. John

Smith, Mr. John Hawkins, Mr. Robert Wade, Mr. Samuell Magruder, Mr.

Thomas Sprigg, Commisoners.

The Court Imediately Adjourned unto the New Court house and there Satt
as above Except Mr. John Smith:

William Kempton Servant to John Pottinger Adjudged to be fifteen years of
Age to Serve According to Act of Assembly in Such Cases made and provided
etc.

Arther Neale Servant to Allexander Beall Adjudged to be fifteen years of Age
to Serve According to Act of Assembly etc.
