his Assent for his Costs and Changes in this behalfe Laid out and Expended by
the Court here Adjudged of the goods and Chatties which were of the Said
Joseph Fry at the time of his death in the hands of the Said Phillip Willesey
being to be Administered if he hath Soe much thereof etc. And if he hath not
Soe much then the Costs aforesaid of the proper goods and Chatties of the
Said Phillip Willesey to be Levyed And the Said Phillip Willesey in mercy etc.

Whereupon at September Court Last Annoque Domini 1697 Auditors was
Assigned the Aforesaid parties to Audite and State the Accounts between them
as in folio 229 of this booke may Appeare etc. And now here at this day (to
witt) the 25th day of January Annoque Domini 1697 [1698] Came as well the
Said plantiffe by his Attorney aforesaid as the Said Defendant in his proper
person and the Auditors Assigned Likewise Came and made Report of their
Audite as followeth (Viz.) Wee the Subscribers have Audited and Stated the
Accounts between the parties aforesaid According to an order from this Court
in September Last And wee find the Said Ruth Hyds Estate Indebted unto the
Said Richard Charletts Estate Eleven hundred thirty two pounds of tobac-
coe. John Wightt, William Wilkinson.
Therefore it is Considered that the Said Thomas Greenfeild Administrator
aforesaid Recover against the Said Isaack Williams the Sume of Eleven hundred
thirty two pounds of tobaccoe his Damages in the premises aforesaid as alsoe
the Sume of two hundred ninty two lbs. of tobaccoe his Costs and Charges in
this behalfe Laid out and Expended to the Said Thomas Greenfeild of his Assent
by the Court here Adjudged of the goods and Chatties which were of the Said
Ruth Hyde at the time of her death in the hands of the Said Isaack Williams
being to be Administred if he hath Soe much thereof etc. And if he hath not
then the Costs aforesaid of the proper goods and Chatties of the Said Isaack
Williams to be Levyed And the Said Isaack Williams in mercy etc.

The plantiffe by William Stone his Attorney brought his Majesties writt
against the Defendant Administrator of the goods and Chatties of Benjamin
Greere Deceased of a plea that he Render unto him the full and Just Sume of
fifteen hundred and fifty nine pounds of good Sound Merchantable Leafe tobac-
coe Cleare of all manner of trash and ground Leaves which from him he unjustly
Deteyneth etc. As by Decleration filed and bill filed dated the twenty third day
