Thomas Greenfeild Administrator of the goods Chatties and Creditts of Richard
Charlett Deceased by his Attorney aforesaid as the Said Phillip Willesey in his
owne person And the Auditers Likewise Came and made Report as followeth
(Viz.) Wee the Subscribers have Audited and Stated the Accounts between the
parties aforesaid According to An Order of this Court and wee doe find the
Said Phillip Willesey indebted unto the Said Charletts Estate the Sume of nine
hundred Seventy one pounds of tobaccoe the ballance in the Account aforesaid

Therefore it is Considered that the Said Thomas Greenfeild Administrator
of the Said Richard Charlett Recover against the Said Phillip Willesey as well
the Sume of nine hundred Seventy one pounds of tobaccoe the ballance of
Accounts aforesaid as allsoe the Sume of three hundred pounds of tobaccoe to
the Said Thomas Greenfeild of his Assent for his Costs and Charges in this
behalfe Laid out and Expended by the Court here Adjudged etc. And the Said
Phillip Willesey in mercy etc.

trespass upon the Case etc. as by Decleration filed and Account here Entred

Whereupon at September Court Last Annoque Domini 1697 Auditors was
Assigned the aforesaid parties to Audite and State the Accounts between them
as in folio 229 of this booke may Appeare etc. And now here at this day (to witt)
the 25th day of January Annoque Domini 1697 [1698] Came as well the Said
Thomas Greenfeild Administrator of the goods Chatties and Creditts of the
Said Richard Charlett Deceased by his Attorney aforesaid as the Said Phillip
Willesey Administrator of the goods Chatties and Creditts of the Said Joseph
Fry in his owne person And the Auditors Assigned Likewise Came and made
Report of their Audite as Followeth (Viz.) Wee the Subscribers have Audited
and Stated the Accounts between the parties aforesaid According to An Order
from this Court in September Court Last And Wee Find the Said Joseph [288]
Frys Estate Indebted unto the Said Richard Charletts Estate fourteen hundred
and five pounds of tobaccoe. John Wightt, William Wilkinson.

Therefore it is Considered that the Said Thomas Greenfeild Administrator
aforesaid Recover against the Said Phillip Willesey as well the Sume of fourteen
hundred and five pounds of tobaccoe his Damages in the premises as alsoe the
Sume of three hundred pounds of tobaccoe to the Said Thomas Greenfeild of
