[271] Ordered that the Roade goeing through Christopher Baynes plantation
be Continued without any further Alteration.

Ordered that the Sheriffe give notice to all the Ordinary keepers to Appeare
here Sometime this Court.

Negroe Bentlys petition against his Master George Plowden is Continued
untill next Court.

Ordered that Steven Ashby takes his Child from Robert Biggs house the Said
Robert Biggs being dead and keep the Same dureing the Said Robert Biggs
widdows Absence. Mr. John Wight Disasents to this Order. [Vide the petition.]

Francis Collier, William Ray and Mary Evans Sworne as Evidences for Samuell
Harrwood against Matthew Mackeboy.

Ordered that Samuell Harrwood pay unto Francis Collier for four dayes
Attendance and unto William Ray for four dayes Attendance and unto Mary
Evans for one day Attendance att thirty pounds of tobacco for Each day
Attendance.

John Joyce Sworne as an Evidence for Matthew Mockeboy against or at the
Suite of Samuell Harwood.

and Imparles till next Court: Thomas Taney against James Moore - trespass
on the Case; Truemans Administrator against James Moore — trespass on the
Case; Thomas Taney and uxor against James Moore - trespass on the Case;

Addison against William Groome - Covenant.

and Imparles till next Court: James Martin against James Wapple — trespass on
the Case; Edward and Dudly Carleton against Henry Crofts - trespass on the
Case; Christopher Baynes Executor against Ninian Beall-Debt 895.

Deavors Administrator against Charles Hyatt - trespass on the Case: the De-
fendant in his proper person Appears and Imparles till next Court.

Ordered that Ninian Beall pay John Deakins for three dayes Attendance
against Francis Prisley.

Ordered by the Court that Thomas Hollyday have the plantation of William
Shaw Late of Calvert County Deceased till the Orphan Comes of Age. Henry
Ferneley Clerk.

Matthias Matthiason by John Meriton his Attorney brought his Action against
Anthony Smart and the writt by the Sheriffe was Returned (Fugitt) Whereupon
at the Request of the Said John Meriton it is ordered by the Court here that
the Said Matthias Matthiason have An Attachment against the goods Chatties
