Att which Said day the Sheriffe Came into Court and made Returne of the
Said writt Endorsed on the back as Followeth (Viz.) Attached in the hands of
John Dunkin one browne Steere Appraised at Eight hundred pounds of tobaccoe
and Attached in the hands of Thomas Greenfeild one hundred and ninty pounds
of tobaccoe per Thomas Greenfeild Sheriffe.

Att which day here Came the Said Jochem Keirsted by his Attorney but the
Said John Dunkin though Sollemly Called Came not etc. Whereupon the Said
Jochem Keirsteed prayeth that the Said Browne Steere in the hands of the Said
John Dunkin Attached as aforesaid and the Said one hundred and ninty pounds
of tobaccoe in the hands of Thomas Greenfeild Attached as aforesaid may be
Condemned and Execution thereon had and made etc. And by the Court here it
is granted unto him etc.

Thomas Greenfeild Administrator of Richard Charlett plantiffe: Joseph Letch-
worth Defendant

Command was given to the Sheriffe of Prince Georges County that of the goods
Chatties and Creditts of Joseph Letchworth he Attach in the hand or hands of
any person or persons in this County as well the Sume of twelve hundred and
fifty pounds of tobaccoe a Certaine Debt for Damages Recovered against him as
alsoe the Sume of four hundred Sixty Seaven pounds of tobaccoe Cost of Suite
in the whole amounting to the Sume of 1717 lbs. of tobaccoe and when hee had
the Same Attached or any part thereof the Same in his hands to keepe Soe that
he have the Same before the Justices of our next Prince Georges County Court
to be held at Charles Towne the fourth Tuesday in November next And Likewise
at the time of Executeing this writt he give notice to all person or persons in
whose hands or possesion hee Attached Such goods as aforesaid that they bee and
Appeare before the Justices of our next Court to be held at Charles Towne as
Aforesaid to Shew Cause if any they have why the Said goods Soe Attached as
Afforesaid Should not bee Condemned and Execution thereon had and made etc.

Appraised att Seaven hundred pounds of tobaccoe and one Red Steere and one
black Steere Appraised at twelve hundred pounds of tobaccoe per Thomas Green-
feild Sheriffe.

Att Which day here Came the Said Thomas Greenfeild Administrator aforesaid
and as well the Said Joseph Letchworth as the Said John Dunkin though Sollemly
Called Came not nor Either of them etc. Whereupon the Said Thomas Greenfeild
Administrator aforesaid prayeth that the Said three Steeres Attached and Ap-
praised as aforesaid may be Condemned for the use of the Said Richard Charletts
Estate etc. and that Execution thereon may be had and made etc. And by the
Court here itt is granted unto him etc.

trespass upon the Case etc. for Seventeen hundred Eighty Eight pounds of
tobaccoe due by Account as by Decleration filed and Account here Sett downe
