Robert Clarke, foreman, Daniell Danielson, Thomas Lucas, William Offet,
Edward Dawson, John Boyde, John Browne, John Ramsey, Paul Busey, Francis
Prisley, Thomas Keniston, William Greenup, Charles Hay, John Hallum, John
Henry, Francis Piles, Archable Edmonson, John Sprigg, William Ray, William
Lee, Joseph Greere, Nathaniell Veech, George Miller, William Canter. Sum-
oned per Thomas Greenfeild, Sheriffe.

The Grand Jury Came in and Allowed four hundred pounds of tobaccoe at
Charles Traceys.

Jane Harris Servant Woman to Mr. William Barton Appeared to Answer unto
what Should be Alledged against her for Bearing of a basterd Mallatta Child and
being Examined Shee Confessed the fact upon which It was Ordered that the
Sheriffe take her to the wipping post and there give her Sixteen Lashes upon her
bare back well Laid on which was Accordingly done and further It is ordered
that Shee and her Said Master be Sumoned to the next Court and that her master
bring her part of Indenture with him etc.

in his proper person Appears and Imparles till next Court.

and Imparl till next Court: Hugh Ryley against Nicholas Sawell - trespass on the
Case; Richard Edwards against Courtny Crotoffe - Debt 400; Samuell Harwood
against Matthew Mockeboy - trespass on the Case; Charletts Administrator
against Lawrence Rowlands Administrator - Debt 11087.

Truemans Administrator against Ignatias Greycroft - trespass on the Case:
Bladen appears and Imparls as above.

John Dorsett against Richard Baylis Administrator - trespass on the Case:
Lomax Appears and Imparls as above.

Then did the Court Adjourne for one hower.

Hugh Ryley and Joshua Hall Continued on theire Recognizance for their good

Jochem Keirsted against Joseph Letchworth

Command was given to the Sheriffe of Prince Georges County that of the goods
Chatties against Creditts of Joseph Letchworth he Attach in the hand or hands
of any person or persons in this County as well the Sume of three hundred and
ninty pounds of tobaccoe a Certaine Debt Recovered against him as alsoe the
Sume of Six hundred pounds of tobaccoe with Additionall Cost the Cost of Suite
in the whole Amounting to the Sume of nine hundred and ninty pounds of
tobaccoe and when he had the Same Attacht or any part thereof the Same in his
hands to keepe Soe that he have the Same before [263] The Justices of our next
Prince Georges County Court to be held at Charles Towne the fourth Tuesday
in November next And Likewise att the time of Executeing this writt he give
notice to all person or persons in whose hands or possesion he Attached Such
goods as aforesaid that they bee and Appeare before the Justices of our Said
Court to Shew Cause if any they have why the Said goods Soe Attached as afore-
