Company against Steven Ashby - trespass on the Case; the Same against Joseph
Addison — trespass on the Case; William Stone against Edmonsons Administrators
- trespass on the Case.

To these three Actions the Defendants by Cleborn Lomax their Attorny
Appeares and Imparles till next Court: William Stone against Charles Tracy
Garnishee of Hugh Montgomery on Attachment - Debt 547, Cost 445; William
Groome against Charles Tracy — trespass on the Case; Josias Towgood against
William Ludell - trespass on the Case.

[149] To these 14 Actions the Defendants by William Stone his Attorney
Appeares and Imparles untill next Court: Robert Coverthought against George
Wade - trespass on the Case; John Bayne against Edward Hollingsworth — Debt
325; Robert Edmonsons Administrator v. Robert Gorden-Debt 4440; Teague
Tracy against Francis Warner - trespass on the Case; Thomas Emerson against
Steven Onbee — trespass on the Case; Richard Attwood against Brents Administra-
tor - trespass on the Case; Francis Bullary against William Coghell - Debt 400;
Richard Edwards against Robert Brasheere - trespass on the Case; Ninian Beall
against Hugh Ryly-Debt 3200; Ninian Bealle against Thomas Davis - trespass
on the Case; Henry Sutton and Company against William Groome - trespass on
the Case; Mordicay Moore Executor [of] Swallwell against James Stoddart-
trespass on the Case; James Keetch against Thomas Withington — trespass on the
Case; John Underwood against John Worster - trespass on the Case.

Francis Harbin plantiffe: Thomas Edmonson Defendant.

The plantiffe Sues the Defendant in an Action of trespass upon the Case for
two thowsand pounds of tobaccoe due by noate Subscribed with the proper hand
writeing of the Said Thomas Edmonson as by the Said noate filed Appeareth etc.

And the Defendant in his proper person Came into Court and Acknowledged
the Said Sume of two thowsand pounds of tobaccoe to be Justly Due to the Said
Francis Harbin in manner and forme aforesaid and desiered Judgment might be
Entred for the Same etc.

Therefore it is Considered that the Said Francis Harbin Recover against the
Said Thomas Edmonson as well the Sume of two thowsand pounds of tobaccoe
his Damages in the premises as alsoe the Sume of three hundred twenty two
pounds of tobaccoe for his Cost and Charges in this behalfe Sustained to the
Said Francis Harbin of his Assent by the Court here Adjudged and the Said
Thomas Edmonson in mercy etc.

John Marsh and Company plantiffe: William Barton plaister: Defendant

The plantiffes by James Cranford theire Attorny Sues the Defendant for the
Sume of three thowsand two hundred and four pounds of tobaccoe Due by bill
etc.

And the Defendant in his proper person Came into Court and Acknowledged
himselfe Indebted unto the Said plantiffes in the Said Sume of three thowsand
two hundred and four pounds of tobaccoe due by bill as aforesaid and desired
that Judgment Should be Entred against him for the Same in the presence of
Mr. Ignatias Creycroft the Attorny of the Said John Marsh and Company who
Accepted of the Same.

Therefore it is Considered that the Said John Marsh and Company Recover
against the Said William Barton as well the Sume of three thowsand two hundred
and four pounds of tobaccoe the Debt aforesaid and their Damages by Occation
