CHAPTER 51.
AN ACT to change the dividing line between the
third and fifth election districts in Garrett county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the present dividing fine between
the third and fifth election districts of Garrett county
be changed, so as to run as follows: beginning at the
Morgantown road where said road intersects the
National road, then running a south-east course to a
point on the road known as the Samuel Engle Mill
road, where said road crosses the top of Negro Moun-
tain, and intersecting the present dividing line
between election districts three and five, thence with
the present dividing line as located.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That after the passage
of this act, all voters residing north and east of this
line who heretofore voted at Accident in election
district number five, shall after having been duly
registered upon the registration books of election
district number three, be entitled to vote at all elec-
tions hereafter to be held at Grantsville in election,
district number three.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its approval by the Governor.
