CHAPTER 49.

AN ACT to repeal the act of eighteen hundred and
seventy-four, chapter three hundred and thirty-
eight entitled "an act for the taxation of Dogs in
Montgomery county. "

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act of eighteen hundred and sev-
enty-four, chapter three hundred and thirty-eight, en-
titled "an act for the taxation of dogs in Montgomery
county, " be and the same is hereby repealed.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Approved March 9, 1876.

CHAPTER 50.

AN ACT to repeal an act passed at January Session
eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter five
hundred and six, entitled "an act for the taxation
of dogs in the State of Maryland" so far as the
same relates to Garrett county.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and seventy-four, chapter five hundred and
six, entitled "an act for the taxation of dogs in the
State of Maryland, " be and the same is hereby re-
pealed so far as the same relates to Garrett county.

In force.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
