food fishes in the waters of this State, as may be the
result of their observation and experience, which
report the Governor shall cause to be printed, and
transmit the same to the General Assembly of the
State.

6. The further sum of ten thousand dollars per
annum, or so much thereof as may in the opinion of
the Governor be necessary, be and the same is hereby
appropriated for the purpose of carrying out the pro-
visions of this act, and the Comptroller shall issue
his warrant on the Treasurer for the payment of the
said sum on requisitions of the said commissioners
in such amounts as they may require, approved by
the Governor, out of any moneys in the Treasury
not otherwise appropriated.

CHAPTER 48.

AN ACT to regulate the closing of roads in Prince
George's county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for the County
Commissioners of Prince George's county, to close
or abandon any public road in said county, which
has been open to public travel for twenty-one years
or longer, without having first obtained the consent
in writing of a majority of all persons, owning prop-
erty bordering upon the road proposed to be closed
or abandoned.
