CHAPTER 406.

AN ACT to repeal sections one, two, three, four,
|
 
|
five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve,
|
 
|
thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen,
|
 
|
eighteen, nineteen and twenty, title "Baltimore
|
 
|
County," sub-title " Roads," passed at the Jan-
|
 
|
uary session of the Legislature of eighteen-hun-
|
 
|
dred and seventy-four, chapter two hundred and
|
 
|
seventy-four, and to re-enact the same with amend-
|
 
|
ments, so as to read as follows :
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
Repealed and
|
Maryland, That sections one, two, three, four, five,
|
re-enacted.
|
six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen,
|
 
|
fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nine-
|
 
|
teen and twenty, title "Baltimore County," sub-title
|
 
|
" Roads," passed at the January session of the Legis-
|
 
|
lature of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter
|
 
|
two hundred and seventy-four, be and the same is
|
 
|
hereby repealed, and re-enacted so as to read as
|
 
|
follows :
|
 
|
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That five supervisors each,
|

for the first, third, ninth, twelfth and thirteenth

election districts, three for the eighth, and one each

|
for the second, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, tenth
|
 
|
and eleventh districts of Baltimore county, be elected

by the people of said districts, at the congressional
|
 
|
election for eighteen hundred and seventy-six, and
|
 
|
every second year thereafter, to serve for two years,
|
 
|
or until a successor is elected and qualified; and the
|

said supervisors shall each give a bond in the penal

sum of one thousand dollars, within thirty days
|
 
|
after their election, to be approved by the county
|
 
|
commissioners, for the faithful performance of their
|
 
|
duties.

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That the supervisor or super-
|
 
|
visors shall, within sixty days after his or their
|
