	CHAPTER 406.
	AN ACT to repeal sections one, two, three, four,
	five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve,
	thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen,
	eighteen, nineteen and twenty, title "Baltimore
	County," sub-title " Roads," passed at the Jan-
	uary session of the Legislature of eighteen-hun-
	dred and seventy-four, chapter two hundred and
	seventy-four, and to re-enact the same with amend-
	ments, so as to read as follows :
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Repealed and	Maryland, That sections one, two, three, four, five,
re-enacted.	six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen,
	fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nine-
	teen and twenty, title "Baltimore County," sub-title
	" Roads," passed at the January session of the Legis-
	lature of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter
	two hundred and seventy-four, be and the same is
	hereby repealed, and re-enacted so as to read as
	follows :
	SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That five supervisors each,
Elect super-	for the first, third, ninth, twelfth and thirteenth
visors.	election districts, three for the eighth, and one each
	for the second, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, tenth
	and eleventh districts of Baltimore county, be elected
	by the people of said districts, at the congressional
	election for eighteen hundred and seventy-six, and
	every second year thereafter, to serve for two years,
	or until a successor is elected and qualified; and the
Give bond.	said supervisors shall each give a bond in the penal
	sum of one thousand dollars, within thirty days
	after their election, to be approved by the county
	commissioners, for the faithful performance of their
	duties.
	SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That the supervisor or super-
	visors shall, within sixty days after his or their
General sur- vey.	election, take a general survey of the roads in his or
	their districts, dividing them off in sections and sub-
	sections, entering the same in a book kept for the
