CHAPTER 365.
AN ACT entitled an act to release J. O. Raisin, of
Queen Anne's county from the obligation of a
forfeited recognizance.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That J. O. Raisin, of Queen Anne's	Released.
county be, and he hereby is released, from the pay-
ment of three hundred dollars due by him to the
State of Maryland, an indebtedness incurred on the
part of the said J. O. Raisin by the forfeiture of his
recognizance in the case of the State of Maryland
versus Thomas F. Raisin, in the Circuit Court for
Queen Anne's county, in the year eighteen hundred
and seventy-four.

CHAPTER 367.
AN ACT to add an additional section to the Code
of Public General Laws, article twenty-six, title
corporations, to enable municipal corporations to
pay judgments recovered against them in any of
the courts of Law in this State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of	Additional
Maryland, That an additional sub-section be added	sub-section.
