LAWS OF MARYLAND.
 

to alter and amend certain sections and add addi-

 

tional sections to article twelve of the Code of Public

 

Local Laws," relating to Havre-de-Grace, in Har-

 

ford county, be and it is hereby repealed and re-en-

 

acted and certain additional sub-sections added to

 

the said article, under the sub-title Havre-de-Grace,

 

so as to read as follows :

 

60. The said bailiff shall give bond, to be approved
