CHAPTER 363.
AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and thirty-
one of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-
four, entitled an act to regulate the, commissions
to be allowed clerks of courts for collecting and
paying over, to the treasury, public money, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That for receiving and paying over all public money received for licenses, fines or otherwise,	Commissions.
the several clerks of courts of this State, shall receive
five per centum, except the Clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas of the City of Baltimore, who shall
receive one per centum commissions for receiving
and paying over such public money.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of	Repealed
acts, inconsistent with this act, be and the same are
hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 364.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact section sixty, and
add sub-sections to an act passed January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter one
hundred and fifty-nine, entitled "an act to alter
and amend certain sections and add additional
sections to article twelve of the Code of Public
Local Laws, relating to Havre-de-Grace, in Har-
ford county."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section sixty, of the act passed at	Repealed and
January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,	re-enacted.
