CHAPTER 361.

 

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Com-

 

missioners of Montgomery and Prince George's

 

counties, to appoint' examiners, whose duty it shall

 

be to report to their respective boards of county

 

commissioners, whether the public convenience

 

requires the building of a bridge over the North-

 

West Branch at the point where it is crossed by

 

the Sandy Spring road.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Mont-

 

gomery and Prince George's counties, be and they
