bearing date the first day of June, in the year eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-five, and duly admitted to
probate and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Calvert county, did direct the Executors
named in said last will and testament to invest the
sum of five thousand dollars in Baltimore City Stock,
and did by said last will and testament give the said
sum of money thus invested in said Baltimore City
Stock, to the vestry of St. Paul's Parish Church, in
Calvert county, Maryland, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be. it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sanction of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, be and the same is hereby given
and declared to the above mentioned devise and
bequest of the said Margaret E. Morton, deceased.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from and after the date of its passage.
