SEC. 10. And be. it enacted, That any person found

missioners shall cause to be levied annually upon

AN ACT to require the County Commissioners of

St. Mary's county to report annually to the Grand
|
 
|
Jury of the September term of the Circuit Court
|
 
|
for said county, a statement of the expenses of the
|
 
|
county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of St.
|
Report to
|
Mary's county shall report annually to the Grand
|
grand Jury.
|
Jury of said county, within the first three days of the
|
 
|
September term of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's
|
 
|
county, a full and complete statement, in print or in
|
 
|
writing, of the expenses of said county, as provided
|
 
|
for at their last annual levy for the same, with each
|
 
|
class of expenses arranged under its proper heading,
|
 
|
and each item of expense, under the head of "Mis-
