CHAPTER 152.

AN ACT to give the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland, to the several bequests in the will of Rezin Hammond, late of Anne Arundel county, deceased, to the Brooklyn Methodist Protestant Church and Parsonage in Brooklyn, Anne Arundel county, and Holly Run Methodist Protestant Church in same county and State of Maryland.

Bequest sanctioned.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given to the several bequests in and by the last will and testament of the said Rezin Hammond, to the Brooklyn Methodist Protestant Church and Parsonage in Brooklyn, Anne Arundel county, Maryland, and Holy Run Methodist Protestant Church of Anne Arundel county and State of Maryland.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 153.

AN ACT to divide the third election district of Worcester county, into two election districts.

Divided.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That all that part of Worcester county, known as the third election district of said county, be, and the same is hereby divided into two election districts, to be called respectively the third or East Berlin district, and the ninth or West Berlin district, and described as follows: all that part of said third election district which is east of the public road ex-
