hereby required to levy upon the assessable property of said county, a sum sufficient to pay the said register of wills the cost of the books aforesaid, and also fifteen cents for each will, bond, release, guardian account, administration account, inventory and account of sales, required to be indexed by him by this act.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the register of wills aforesaid, shall make out from time to time as may be necessary a true and correct statement of the services rendered under and by authority of this act, so far as the same are therein charged against the county aforesaid, and shall certify the same under oath, if so required by the commissioners aforesaid, and he shall furnish the statement so made to the said commissioners, at least ten days before the day upon which they shall determine and order the annual levy for the county, and that it thereupon shall be the duty of said commissioners, to place on the said levy for the use and benefit of said register such an amount of monies, as he shall be entitled to according to his statement furnished as aforesaid.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That from and after the passage of this act, the register of said county, shall be entitled to demand and receive from any person or persons depositing in his office, for record any will, bond, guardian account, administrators account, inventory, account of sales or release, the sum of fifteen cents for the special purpose of keeping up and continuing said general index.
