CHAPTER 150.

AN ACT relating to the Franklin Bank of Baltimore.

Declare acceptance.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the stockholders of the Franklin Bank of Baltimore, shall on or before the first day of January next, at a general meeting called for that purpose, declare their acceptance of this act, and the same shall thereafter be a part of the charter of said bank, but the stockholders of said bank shall be liable to the amount of their respective share or shares of stock for all its debts and liabilities, upon note, bill or otherwise.

Be extended.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the charter of the said Franklin Bank of Baltimore, shall be extended until the end of the year one thousand nine hundred and seven.

CHAPTER 151.

AN ACT to provide for a general index of certain records in the office of the Register of Wills for Queen Anne's county.

Authorized.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Register of Wills for Queen Anne's county, be and he is hereby authorized and directed, to prepare and make a general index of all wills, bonds, releases, guardians' accounts, administrators accounts, inventories and accounts of sales, now of record or on file in his office; and to provide books requisite for such purpose.
