CHAPTER 147.
AN ACT to create a new election district in Prince George's county to be known as district number thirteen.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That a new district be formed and laid out in Prince George's county by a division of district number two of said county to be known as dis-
|

trict number thirteen, whose metes and bounds shall be as follows: beginning at the Vansville district line intersecting the branch road of the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad from Baltimore to Washington city, then south with said railroad to the district line of the district of Columbia, then with the old established lines to the point of beginning.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the voting place or polls in said district shall be held at Brightseat.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the Governor of Maryland and County Commissioners of Prince George's county shall appoint such officers for districts number twelve and thirteen as by law they are now authorized respectively to appoint for other election districts of said county, and the county commissioners aforesaid shall do whatever else within the scope of their power may be necessary to effect the object of this bill.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all acts and portions of acts of the General Assembly of Maryland inconsistent with the provisions of this act be and the same are hereby repealed.
