full payment of the services and personal expenses of said counsel.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the sum of five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to pay the expenses of said arbitration, other than the compensation of the referees and umpire, to be paid on warrants of the comptroller upon the treasurer, in such sums and to such persons as the Governor shall, on statements to be furnished by the State's counsel, certify to be properly payable by the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That Jos. T. More, Master; A. D. Woodruff, Overseer: Jas. S. Robinson, Lecturer; John W. Corey, Steward; Thos. S. Iglehart, Assistant Steward; Jos. N. Chiswell, Treasurer; Jos. Barlow, Chaplain; Edward Hall, of B., Secretary; William Hepbron, Gate-Keeper: Anna L. Moore, Ceres; Ella Wilson, Flora; Martha B. Cowden, Pomona; Lydia M. Corey, Lady Assistant Steward; Thomas F. Shepherd, Geo. Thomas, Samuel Hinks, Edward L. F. Hardcastle, John R. Emory, and Philander A. Bowen, members of the executive committee; all of whom are citizens of the State of Maryland, and their successors in office and all others who are now or hereafter may be associated with them, for the purpose of mutual protection and instruction are hereby constituted a body corporate and politic by the name, style and title of the Maryland State Grange of the Order of Patrons of Husbandry.
