sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland shall be, and the same is hereby given to make valid and carry into effect the said bequest of the said George W. Jonson, in favor of the trustees of the German Lutheran Evangelical Saint Mathews Congregation of Baltimore.

AN ACT to give and declare the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Presbyterian Church at Newtown, Worcester county, and also to the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Methodist Church at Jacobsport, Coshocton county, Ohio; and also to the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Linton Presbyterian Church of Co-shocton county, Ohio, all contained in the codicil to the last will and testament of John Gunby, deceased.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given and declared to the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Presbyterian Church at New-town, Worcester county, Maryland; and also to the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Methodist Church, (lately known as the Methodist Protestant Church, ) at Jacobsport, Coshocton county, Ohio; and also the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Linton Presbyterian Church of Coshocton county,
