Repealed.

SEC. 6. And be it far her enacted, That any and all provisions in the act of Assembly of eighteen hundred and forty-nine, chapter four hundred and sixty-nine, entitled ''An act to incorporate the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad Company" as are inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be and the same are hereby repealed.

In force.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted. That this act shall take effect from and after the elate of its passage.

CHAPTER 65.

 

AN ACT to authorize the bequest of George W. Jonson, to the Trustees of the German Lutheran Evangelical Saint Mathews Congregation of Baltimore.

Preamble.

WHEREAS, the last will and testament of George W. Jonson, dated the twenty-fourth day of May, eighteen hundred and seventy-three and duly proven, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City, contains the following bequest, "viz" Item: I give and bequeath my policy of insurance of one thousand dollars, in the " Germania Life Insurance Company, " to Saint Mathews Protestant Church of Baltimore City, located at the corner of Fayette street and Central Avenue, to be paid to the Rev. Pastor or Chief Pastor for the time being.

AND WHEREAS, the trustees of the German Lutheran Evangelical Saint Mathews Congregation of Baltimore, a corporation incorporated under said name, have their Church building located as aforesaid.

SECTION 1. Be. it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That from the passage of this act, the
