Ohio, all of which bequests are contained in the codicil to the last will and testament of John Gunby, deceased, which said will and codicil have been duly admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court for Worcester county, Maryland.

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and sixty-four of article twenty-two of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Worcester county, " and to re-enact the same with amendments.
|

Repealed and re-enacted.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That section one hundred and sixty-four of article twenty-two of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Worcester county, " be and the same is hereby repealed, and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Give bond.
|
164. The wreck master shall give bond and security in the Circuit Court for said county, in the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars for the due and faithful performance of his office, before entering upon the discharge of the duties thereof; such bond may be taken by the clerk of said court during the recess thereof, but shall be returned to the said court by said clerk at its next sitting, who shall then either approve or reject the same and require him to give a new bond, and if he shall neglect or refuse to do so for the space of five day?, the office shall be declared vacant.
