acts and perform such other duties in matters per-
taining to its government within the limits of said
town as may be ordained by the board of commis-
sioners as fully as a constable.

Sue. 2. And. be it enacted, That the following sec-
tions be added to article twenty of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws title "Talbot county, " sub-title
" Oxford, " to come in after section one hundred and
fifteen and to be numbered one hundred and fifteen
A, one hundred and fifteen B, one hundred and fif-
teen C.

SEC. 115. A. The treasurer of said town shall keep
an account of all money that shall be received and
paid away by him as treasurer, and the said account
shall be at all times open to the inspection of the
commissioners or of any other person interested
therein.

SEC. 115. B. The commissioners shall deliver to
the collector an alphabetical list of all the persons
chargable with taxes according to the return of the
assessor, and annex thereto a warrant to the collector
to collect the same, and the collector within ten days
after receiving the said list shall furnish to every
person so chargable an account of his or her taxes,
and unless the same be paid to the collector within
thirty days after such account shall be delivered, the

if the same be goods and chattels and cannot be
found or conveniently sold, may seize and sell any
other of the goods and chattels, lands or tenements
of the person refusing or neglecting to pay, and
the collector shall account with the commissioners

other sums of money collected by him under their
order at or before the end of three months from his
receipt of the list of assessments..
