Delaware.

 

SEC. 21. And be it enacted, That a copy of said
agreement of union to be formed shall within four
months from the date thereof, authenticated by the
seals of the corporation, and the signatures of their
respective presidents, be deposited and recorded
among the land records of Cecil county.

SEC. 22. And be it enacted, That if any person or
persons shall wilfully by any means whatsoever in-
jure, impair or destroy any part of any railroad con-
structed by said company under this act, or any of
the necessary works, buildings, carriages, vehicles or
machinery of said company, such person or persons
so offending shall each of them for every such offence,

SEC. 23. And be it enacted, That the said company
shall have the right to construct a line or lines of
wires of telegraph, on any routes over which by their
charter, they have the right to construct a railroad,
and for that purpose shall be entitled to the benefit
of all the provisions contained in the twenty-sixth
article of the Code of Public General Laws from sec-
tion one hundred and two, to section one hundred
and twenty-one inclusive, or so much of said pro-
visions as may be applicable thereto.

roads not be commenced within three years from the
passage of this act and not be finished within six
years thereafter, then this act shall be null and void.
