CHAPTER 122.

AN ACT to incorporate the Trustees of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church at Parsonsburg, Wicomico
county, Maryland.

Incorporated.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That S. M. Riley, J. H. Parsons, W. W.
Layfield, G. K. Perdue, Jacob Smith, J. W. Melson,
B. Jackson, E. S. Perdue, D. J. Parsons and their
successors shall be, and hereby are created a body
politic and corporate by the name of the Trustees of
the Jerusalem Methodist Episcopal Church in Par-
sonsburg. Wicomico county, Maryland, and by the
same name shall have perpetual succession to have,
hold, enjoy and be seized and possessed of real, per-
sonal and mixed estate, to sue and be sued, implead
and be impleaded in any court of law or equity.

Fill vacancies.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the successors of
the said trustees shall be elected and all vacancies
in the said board of trustees shall be filled in con-
formity with the discipline of the Methodist Episco-
pal Church in the United States of America.
