                                LAWS OF MARYLAND.

county, shall be and is hereby continued until the thirtieth day of
October, eighteen hundred and five, and to the end of the next session
of assembly which shall happen thereafter; that an act, entitled,
An act for the improvement of the public roads in Kent county,
passed at November session, eighteen hundred, * shall be and
is hereby continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred
and five, and to the end of the next session of assembly which
shall happen thereafter.

Certain other acts
continued.
    2.  AND BE IT ENACTED, That all acts not herein enumerated,
which would expire with the present session, or before the next session
of assembly, except so far as the same may be inconsistent
with, or contrary to, the laws passed this session, be and the same
are hereby continued until the end of the next session of assembly.

                                        CHAP. CXI.
An Act for the payments of the Journal of Accounts.  Lib. JG. No. 4,
                                            fol. 518.
Preamble.     WHEREAS it appears by the journal of accounts of this session,
that there is due from this state a sum of twenty-six thousand
nine hundred and thirty-one dollars and seventy-one and a half
cents;
Treasurer authorised
to pay.
    2.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore shall and he is hereby authorised
and required to pay the several persons, their executors, administrators,
assigns or orders, or to such of them as shall offer to receive
the same, the several sums of current money allowed to them
respectively, as they appear to be settled and ascertained by the
said journal of accounts, out of any money now in the treasury, or
that shall come into the treasury, subject to the appropriation of the
general assembly.
