WITNESSES

    Widow entitled to dower in lands held by equitable
title in husband, &c.
    Such right of dower not to prejudice any claim for
the purchase money, &c.
    In case widow is entitled to dower in any real estate
sold, proportion of purchase money to be awarded her,
    Before any sale to affect her interest her consent
in writing to be filed,

    When it is necessary under a will to retain the personal
estate, or a part thereof, after the payment of
debts, as where money or some other thing is directed
to be paid at a distant period or upon a contingency,
the court of chancery shall have power to decree or
give directions relative thereto,
