Upon appeals from chancery court or

not been made, court of appeals may reverse the decree
or award a new trial, specifying in the order for a

When it is necessary under a will to
retain the personal
estate or a part thereof (after the payment of
debts) as where money or some other thing is directed
to be paid at a distant period, or upon a contingency,
the court of chancery or the orphans court shall have
power to decree or give directions relative thereto,

Any child or children born after the
death of an
intestate shall have the same right of inheritance
of real estate as if born before the death,

to be diminished
without the consent and approbation of the

The principal of an infant's estate
may be applied
to the maintenance and education of such infant,
