11. Resolution requesting the
executive to furnish the
secretary of the treasury of the United States a statement
of such roads and canals within this state as may be
considered
in a national point of view worthy the assistance
of the general government, &c.

behalf of this state for so many of the shares in said
bank
(as soon as the instalment of two hundred thousand dollars
loaned by the state for the use of the city of Washington
shall have been paid,) as the said instalment shall

amendment thereto proposed
by the legislature of Tennessee permitting congress to
prohibit the importation of slaves, &c.
5. Resolution disapproving the
alteration proposed to
the constitution of the United States by teh state of
Virginia,
so as to render senators in the congress of the United
States removable, &c. and requesting the senators
and
representatives of this state to oppose the said alteration,
&c.
6. Resolution requesting the
senators and representatives
of this state to oppose the amendment proposed to the
constitution by the commonwealth of Massachusetts, relative
to the embargo, &c.
7. Resolution requesting the
governor to communicate
to the executives of the several states, that the general
assembly
have taken into consideration the amendment proposed
to the constitution by Pennsylvania, relative to the
establishment of an impartial tribunal to determine disputes,
&c.
8. Resolution dissenting from
the amendment proposed
thereto limiting the term of service of the senators,
&c.
