Resolution in his favour,
1. Resolution appointing and
requesting the chancellor,
the judges of the general court, and the attorney general,
to take into consideration and report to the legislature
such of the English statutes as existed at the time of the
first emigration, &c.
2. Resolution requesting the chancellor and the
judges
of the court of appeals, to report to the legislature all such
of the English statutes as existed at the time of the first
emigration, &c.
3. Resolution authorising the printing of one
thousand
copies for the use of the state,
