                APPENDIX——RESOLUTIONS.

                                        No. 26.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he is
hereby directed, to pay unto Benjamin Young, of Baltimore county,
late a sergeant in the revolutionary war, or to his order, annually,
in quarter yearly payments, during his life, the half pay of
a sergeant, as a further remuneration for those services by which
his country has been so essentially benefitted.

                                        No. 27.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he
is hereby directed to pay annually, in quarterly payments, to John
Leather, of Frederick county, an old revolutionary soldier, a sum 
of money equal to the half pay of a sergeant, (or to his order during
his life) as a further compensation for those services he rendered
his country during the revolutionary war.

                                        No. 28.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he
is hereby authorised and directed, to pay to James Davidson, late
a private in the revolutionary war, or to his order, annually, in
quarterly payments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a
private, as a further remuneration to him for military services.

    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore of the state
of Maryland be and he is hereby directed and required, to pay
to Christopher Parrott, late a sergeant in the revolutionary war, or
to his order, during life, in quarter yearly payments, annually a sum 
of money equal to the half pay of a sergeant.

    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he
is hereby directed, to pay annually, in quarterly payments, unto
William Reily, of the District of Columbia, late a captain in the
Maryland line in the revolutionary war, or to his order, a sum of
money equal to the half pay of a captain, as a further remuneration
for the gallant services by which rendered his country during the American
war.

    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he is
hereby authorised and directed, to pay to Abraham Hooper, of
Harford county, an old revolutionary soldier, or to his order,
out of any unappropriated money in the treasury, a sum annually, in
quarterly payments, equal to the half pay of a private soldier, as
a remuneration for those services rendered his country during her
struggle for independence.

    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he is
hereby directed, to pay to Michael Boyer, (late a captain in the revolutionary
war) or to his order, annually, in quarterly payments,

as a further compensation to him for his services during the revolutionary
war.
