No. 18.
RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore
pay to William
Niblet, of Worcester county, an old revolutionary soldier, or
to his order, annually, in quarterly payments, during his life, a
sum of equal to the half pay of a private, as a further remuneration
to him for his services by which his country has been
so much benefitted. |

RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore
pay be and he
is hereby directed, to pay to Thomas Thompson, of Dorchester
county, an old soldier, or his order, during life, in quarterly payments,
a sum of money equal to the half pay of a private, as a
compensation for his services in the late revolutionary war. |

is hereby authorised and directed, to pay unto Basil Burgess, (and
officer in the revolutionary war) or to his order, annually, in quarterly
payments, out of any unappropriated money in the treasury,
a sum of money equal to the half pay of a lieutenant, during his
as a further remuneration for those services rendered his
country during her struggle for independence. |

a further remuneration for his services in the revolutionary war. |
