                APPENDIX——RESOLUTIONS.

Relative to the
funeral of Stephen
Miers, Esq.
                                        No. 17.
    RESOLVED, That the legislature, in respect to the memory of
the late Major Stephen Miers, deceased, a delegate from Queen-Anne's
county, who departed this life while attending to the discharge
of his legislative duties, wear scarfs and bands during the
remainder of the session; and that the funeral expenses be placed
on the journal of accounts.

In favour of 
Kealey Tydings.
                                        No. 22.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be, and
he is hereby directed to pay unto Kealey Tydings, late a sergeant
in the Maryland line during the revolutionary war, or to his order,
a sum of money, annually, in quarterly payments, equal to the half
pay of a sergeant, as a further remuneration for those services
rendered his country during the American war.

Passed Jan. 3, 1812.
In favour of William
Pegegram.
                                        No. 23.
    RESOLVED, That the treasure of the western shore be and he
is hereby authorised and directed to pay annually to William Pegegram,
of Anne-Arundel county, an old revolutionary soldier, or his
order, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a common soldier,
during his life, as a further remuneration for the services rendered
his country, out of any unappropriated money in the treasury.

Passed Jan. 3, 1812.
In favour of Dudley
Lee.
                                        No. 24.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be, and
he is hereby required and directed to pay annually to Dudley Lee,
or order, a sum of money in quarterly payments, equal to the half
pay of a soldier, as a remuneration to the said Dudley Lee for services
rendered his country in the revolutionary war, and as a relief
from the indigence and misery which attend his old age.

In favour of Dennis
Richardson.
                                        No. 25.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he
is hereby authorised and directed to pay to Daniel Richardson, or
his order, in quarterly payments, a sum of money equal to the half
pay of a private in the late revolutionary war.

Passed Jan. 4, 1813.
In favour of Robert
Elliott.
                                        No. 26.
    RESOLVED, That Robert Elliott, of Harford county, a wounded
revolutionary soldier, be, and he is hereby entitled to receive during
life, the half pay of a private in the Maryland line, and that
the treasurer of the western shore pay the same annually to the
said Robert Elliott, or to his order, in quarterly payments.

Passed Jan. 4, 1812.
In favour of Jubb
Fowler.
                                        No. 28.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be, and
he is hereby directed to pay to Jubb Fowler, messenger to the
Executive, in addition to the sum heretofore paid him, the further
sum of fifty dollars, making the annual allowance to said messenger
equal to four hundred dollars.

Richardson.
                                        No. 30.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he is
hereby authorised and required to pay to William Richardson, of
Caroline county, the executor of the last will and testament of
Henry Dickinson, deceased, or to his order, the sum of thirty
pounds five shillings and six pence of bills of credit emitted in
