    Provision for the removal of prosecutions and suits
where it may be alleged that a fair and impartial trial
cannot be had,
 

    Trials when to be proceeded in for treason or felony,
or the person discharged,
    Trials to be proceeded in for treason or felony notwithstanding
the person indicted standing mute or not
answering to the indictment,
    Manner of trial where an alien, denizen or foreigner

of the property so as to vest the title to the
same, without the necessity of a deed,

chancellor or the county courts, acknowledged as
therein directed, to be recorded,

    Copies under seal to be admitted as evidence,
    A trustee to be appointed by the governor and council
to sell a lot of the Choptank Indian lands, in Dorchester
