    Swine and geese prevented from going at large in
Hancock town,
—Same, in Rockville,
—Same, in Sharpsburgh,
—Same, as to swine, in Salisbury, and the act of
1801, ch. 3, where repugnant, repealed,
—Same, as to swine, at Easton Point,
—Same, in Queen's-town,
—Same, as to geese and swine, in Upper Marlborough,

    Redemptioners—an act relative to them.

    The proceedings of the orphans court revived,
    Money to be levied for the repair of the causeways of
the pubic roads,
    A lottery authorised for purchasing a fire engine,
&c. in Easton,
—A supplement,
    Money advanced for building the gaol, to be levied,
—Money to be levied for repairing the court house,
    The destruction of crows encouraged,
    The register of wills directed to keep his office, and
give daily attendance in person, or by deputy, at the
place of holding the county court,
    Penalty on erecting booths for selling liquor within
one mile of any Methodist meeting-house during the
quarterly meeting,

    Cæcil, Kent, Queen-Anne's and Talbot counties,
form the second judicial district,
    A branch of the Farmers Bank of Maryland established
at Easton,
    A town erected by the name of St. Michael's.
    Queen-Anne's, Caroline, and Talbot counties, form
the seventh district for electing representatives to congress,
—Talbot, Caroline, and the first district of Dorchester
county, form the eighth district for choosing
electors of the president and vice-president of the
United States,
    A road to be laid out in Hopkins's Neck to intersect
the main road from Easton to Haddaway's,

    Directions concerning the choice of trustees of the
poor,
    Addition to be made to Easton, and regulations therein,
    A Board of Agriculture established,
    Money to be levied, (together with Queen Anne's
and Caroline counties,) for building a bridge over
Tuckahoe Creek,
    Certain records in the clerk's office to be transcribed,
    Constables fees on executions regulated,
    A bridge to be erected over Choptank river, at Dover
ferry,
    A house to be put up for the use of the ferry at Miles
river,
    The road from near Miles river ferry to the Methodist
meeting house to be altered, &c.
    A road to be laid out from H. Haddaway's to the
main road from Easton to Knapp's Narrows,
    A Manufacturing Company incorporated,
    Penalty on erecting booths for selling spirituous liquor
within two miles of any Methodist camp or quarterly
meeting,
