Larceny.

    Of Princess-Anne, incorporated,

    Of Anne-Arundel county, money to be levied for
the support of his children,

    The proceeds of sales of the real estates of infants as
therein authorised, to be vested by the guardians in
such public stock, &c. as will at least net 6 per cent.
—Surplus interest to be vested in stock, &c.
    The proceeds of sales of infants leasehold estates to
be invested in bank stock, &c. by order of the orphans
courts,
    Stock to be transferred or sold for payment of loans
to the state by banks or individuals,

    Every person convicted of knowingly receiving stolen
money, goods, bonds, &c. to restore such money,
goods, &c. or pay the value, and to be confined in the
penitentiary not less than three months nor more than
ten years,
    Such receiver may be prosecuted, &c. although the
principal offender shall not have been convicted,

    Of St. Mary's county—money to be levied for her
support,

    Punishment for breaking or burning.  See Crimes.

    Stoves in the hands of persons hiring or renting
them, exempted from executions for debt or taxes, and
from distresses for rent,
—Not to protect more than one stove for a family,
or for more than one year,
—The contract to be in writing, acknowledged before
a justice of the peace, and recorded within twenty
days,
    Fees for acknowledging and recording,

    And hay, brought for sale to the city of Baltimore—
an act respecting,

    Regulations concerning stray black cattle in Allegany
county,

    On pleading guilty and submission in a trial for a
misdemeanor, the court may order that no compensation
for attendance of the prosecutor be allowed,
    On presentment or indictment a submission to the
court not to be considered as admitting the fact, or
charging the person with the costs,
