Of Princess-Anne, incorporated,
Of Anne-Arundel county, money to be
levied for
the support of his children,
The proceeds of sales of the real estates
of infants as
therein authorised, to be vested by the guardians in
such public stock, &c. as will at least net 6 per
cent.
—Surplus interest to be vested in stock, &c.
The proceeds of sales of infants leasehold
estates to
be invested in bank stock, &c. by order of the orphans
courts,
Stock to be transferred or sold for
payment of loans
to the state by banks or individuals,
Every person convicted of knowingly
receiving stolen
money, goods, bonds, &c. to restore such money,
goods, &c. or pay the value, and to be confined in
the
penitentiary not less than three months nor more than
ten years,
Such receiver may be prosecuted, &c.
although the
principal offender shall not have been convicted,
Of St. Mary's county—money to be levied
for her
support,
