        COUNTY

            INDEX TO THE LAWS.
 

    A road to be laid out from New Windsor Sulphur
Springs, to Poulson's Meeting House, thence to intersect
the Deer Park road,
—From a county road, near Hoffman's paper mill,
and thence to intersect the Pennsylvania line, as therein
directed,
    The road between the lands of R. Caton and R. T.
Spence, &c. to be made a public road,
    The part od the Hunting Ridge road, extending from
the said Spence's gate on the Elk Ridge road, to Maiden's
Choice Run, to be shut up,
    A road to be laid out from Freeland's mill to intersect
the turnpike road at Hampstead,
    The road to be altered, if necessary, on building a
bridge over the Great Falls of Gunpowder,
    A supplement to the act to authorise a lottery or lotteries
to raise a sum of money to repair the Liberty
road,

    A road to be opened from the Christiana road to the
road leading from Lancaster,
—From the Pennsylvania line, where it is intersected
by a road from Lancaster to Susquehanna,
—From the warehouse at the north end of the
Susquehanna canal to the Pennsylvania line,
    The proprietors of the water and land stages authorised
to open a road from French town to intersect
the division line between this state and Delaware,
    A road to be opened from Stone Run, near Octorara
creek, to intersect the road from Christiana to
the Bald Friar Ferry,
—From the Bald Friar Ferry, on Susquehanna, to
the Pennsylvania line,
—From Ferguson Smith's to Marley Mills, &c.
    Two public roads to be laid out—one from Wallace's
mill, on Octorara Creek—the other from J. Brooke's
gate to the road leading from Creswell's ferry to Lancaster,
    The New Castle and French-town turnpike company
incorporated, &c.
—The act revived, &c.
    A road to be laid out from the road leading from
the Rising Sun to Charles town, thence to intersect
the road from the Pennsylvania line to Creswell's
Ferry,
    A road to be opened from the Nottingham road to
meet a road from Susquehanna at R. Cochran's,
—From the Presbyterian meeting house in West
Nottingham to Creswell's ferry,
    The road from the bridge over Principio Creek to
North East Creek, to be reviewed, &c.
    A road to be laid out from a point near Dysart's tavern,
on the road to New Ark, to intersect the road by
Garrett's fulling mill,
    The act of 1810, ch. 167, repealed,
    A road to be laid out from the state line, &c. towards
the canal at the Octorara locks,
—From Turkey Point to the Methodist meeting
house in Elk Neck,
—From New Munster northwardly, to intersect the
Pennsylvania line, &c.
—From G. Mercer's meadow on the road to Rock
Run, to intersect the road from G. Kidd's towards
Creswell's ferry,
—From Rock Run, to intersect the road from the
brick meeting house to Port Deposit,

    A company incorporated to make a turnpike road
from Elkton to Christiana bridge,
