age, and the actual guardian of minors,

    Of Prince-George's county—money to be levied for
her support,

    If any person shall feloniously steal, take and carry
away, the personal goods of another, under the value
of five dollars, or shall break into a shop, &c. not contiguous
to or used with any mansion house, and steal
money, goods, &c. under the value of one dollar, the
same course of trial shall be had as for other simple
larcenies; the person convicted shall be deemed guilty
of petit larceny, shall restore the goods stolen, or pay
the value, and shall be confined in the penitentiary not
less than 3 months nor more than 1 year,

    Persons charged with petit treason to be indicted,
&c. and punished as in other cases of murder according
to the degree,

    In any of the courts, against nonresidents, notice to
be given,
—For sale of infants estates.  See Chancery.  Infants.

    See Faro.

    And others, of Anne-Arundel county—money to be 
levied for their support,

    Of Upper Marlborough, in Prince-George's county,
incorporated, &c.

    Of Maryland, incorporated in Baltimore,

    When entitled to practice.  See Medical Society.
    Practising physicians exempted in part from
militia duty,
    A certificate from two, or (in some instances,) one
respectable physician, to be received as to the corporal
inability of persons subject to militia duty, where there
is no surgeon to the regiment,

    Of Anne Arundel county—money to be levied for
her support,

    A board appointed to examine persons desiring to be
admitted as pilots,
    Such persons to produce certificates from their county
courts of honesty, &c. and to pay the fees therein
established,

warrants, according to the qualification,
