    Possession of lands for twenty years shall be a bar to
all right derived from a patent on any common or special
warrant, or warrant of resurvey,

    A lottery authorised for improving the navigation
of the Eastern Branch,

    The Patowmack Company empowered to demand tolls
at the places before fixed by law,
