            INDEX TO THE LAWS.
 

—In Frederick county, for procuring a dwelling
house for the preacher of the German Presbyterian
Congregations at Emmitsburgh, &c.
    A lottery or lotteries authorised for paving that part
of the road which runs through the Alms house ground
in Baltimore county,
    A lottery authorised in Frederick county for making
a permanent bridge over the river Monocacy,
—For opening and clearing the road from Westminster
in Frederick county, to George-town,
    The act of 1803, ch. 99, repealed,
    A lottery authorised for building a steeple to the new
church in Middle town, Frederick county, &c.
—In Washington county, for finishing the Lutheran
and Presbyterian Church, building a school house,
and purchasing a fire engine in Boonsborough,
—For finishing the Roman Catholic Cathedral in
the city of Baltimore,
—In Charles county, for repairing the church of
Durham Parish, &c.
—For purchasing a fire engine, &c. for Salisbury,
in Somerset and Worcester counties,
—For opening a road from Western Port on George's
Creek, to Savage River in Allegany county,
—To purchase a lot in Coxe's-town, in Baltimore
county, and to erect thereon a school house and

—For building a Masonic Hall in the city of Baltimore,
    The act of 1805, ch. 113, and its supplements, repealed,
    A lottery authorised for completing the Lutheran
Church in Middle-town, Frederick county,
—For purchasing a fire engine in Cumberland, Allegany

—For completing the German Lutheran Church
in Taney-town, Frederick county, &c.
    The trustees of the Hager's-town Academy authorised
to propose a scheme of a lottery for raising the sum
