—For repairing the Jerusalem Church  in Baltimore
county,
—For building a school house in Denton, Caroline
county,
—For repairing the parsonage house and the church
belonging to the Evangelical Lutheran Congregation
in Frederick-town, Frederick county,
—In Kent county, for erecting a bridge over Chester
River at Chester-town,
—For erecting a school house at or near Emmitsburgh,
in Frederick county,
—For enlarging and improving the Hospital in the
vicinity of Baltimore, &c.
—For building a church for the German Lutheran
and Presbyterian Congregations at Boonsborough,
Washington county,
—For paying the debts incurred by the Susquehanna
Canal Company, &c.
—For completing a house of worship in Liberty-town,
Frederick county,
—For defraying the expenses incurred in building
Trinity Church in Baltimore, &c.
—For erecting a market house and a seminary of

    Lotteries authorised for erecting a monument or
statue in the city of Baltimore, to the memory of
Washington, &c.
    A lottery authorised in the city of Baltimore for the
preservation and distribution of the vaccine matter, for
the use of the citizens of the state,
—For repairing the church in the village of Jerusalem,
in Washington county,
—For opening and repairing the Baltimore and
Liberty-town road,
—For compensating R. Tilghman and others, for
money expended in building the new church in
Queen Anne's county, &c.
    Robbery or larceny of lottery tickets punishable in
the same manner as of goods and chattels,
    Persons insuring, or causing to be insured any ticket
or part of a ticket, in any lottery, or selling the same
for any limited time, reserving any right or interest
therein, or making any contract respecting the same,
other than a complete bona fide sale, to forfeit $30 for
every offence,
—One half to the informer, the other to the county,
to be recovered before a justice as small debts are,
    A lottery authorised for repairing the Protestant
Episcopal Church in the city of Annapolis,
—For improving the navigation of the Potomac river,
&c.
—For building a church for the use of St. Margaret's
Westminster Parish, in Anne-Arundel county,
—In Prince-George's county, for clearing the navigation
of the branch of the Patuxent on which
Upper Marlborough stands,
