that the peace and quiet of the state is likely to be
endangered
by an insurrection or opposition to the
laws,
Money, &c. won or lost by gaming
or betting not recoverable
before any court or justice of the peace,

trespass for cutting timber, &c. where the damage
doth
not exceed fifty dollars, and to award such damages as
may be assessed by any two or three judicious freeholders,
