HARFORD COUNTY

            INDEX TO THE LAWS.
 

    Money to be levied annually for the support of John
and Blanch Long,
    The powers of the commissioners of Havre-de-Grace
enlarged,
    The road from Ashmore's mill towards the Pennsylvania 
line made public,
    A road to be laid out from C. Cunningham's to F.
Smith's stone house,
    Rights in lots in Havre-de-Grace vested, and part of
the act of 1795, ch. 63, repealed,

    Part of the road from Underhill's Mill to the city
of Baltimore to be straightened, &c,
    Papers in the office of register of wills to be recorded,
    The road to be reviewed from the bridge across Winter's
Run, to E. Tyson's gate, &c.
    The road to be reviewed and made public from J.
Bull's blacksmith's shop to Belle-Air, &c.
    The register of wills directed to keep his office, &c.
at the place of holding the county court,

    Baltimore and Harford counties form the sixth
judicial district,

name of Darlington, to intersect the road from Belle-Air
to Havre-de-Grace, &c.
    Leave given by the legislature to Thomas Hope to
convey to the trustees of the Bethel Congregation the
land therein mentioned,
    A road to be laid out from the end of Smith's lane
where the Peach Bottom road crosses the York road
leading to Rock Run, to intersect the main road
from the Black House to the Pennsylvania line, at
Mier's mill on Deer Creek, &c.
    A road to be laid out on Deer Creek to intersect the
public road from Black Hall to Myer's Mill,
    The inspection of flour and salted provisions in Havre-de-Grace,
regulated,
    The county courts to be on the second Monday in
March and fourth Monday in August,
    The public road leading from Mrs. Dennison's land
to the Upper Ferry in Havre-de-Grace to be amended,
    A road to be laid out from Pyles's saw mill, on Deer
Creek, to intersect a road from Clark's Ford thereon,
to Belle-Air, &c.
    Harford, Cæcil, and Kent counties, form the sixth
district for electing representatives to congress,
    Harford and Cæcil counties form the sixth district
for choosing electors of the president and vice-president
of the United States,

    A lottery authorised for repairing Saint George's
Church on Deer Creek,

    Provision for repairing the road from the city of
Baltimore by Belle-Air, to Peach Bottom Ferry, on
the Susquehanna,
    The mode of collecting the county tax altered,
    A road to be laid out beginning at the main road
near J. Rigbie's, and running as therein directed to
intersect the main road to the Brick Meeting House,
