    Of Montgomery county—money to be levied for her
support,

    Punishment for counterfeiting.  See Crimes, &c.

    In Caroline county—commissioners appointed, under
the act for erecting it into a village,
—Swine and geese prevented from going at large, &c.
    The 3d and 4th sections of the act of 1791, ch. 8,
repealed,
    Provision for laying off an addition, &c.
—Geese and swine prevented from going at large,
—Same, as to those belonging to inhabitants of the
county,

    See Militia.

    Of Prince-George's county—money to be levied  for
her support,

    Of Worcester county—money to be levied for his
support,

    May be called to give counter security, or displaced
and compelled to deliver over the property,
—To be appointed to infants acquiring property by
gift or purchase, as if by descent, devise, or in a course
of distribution,
    Receipts, final discharge, &c. to guardians, if acknowledged
before any justice or register of wills, may 
be recorded by the register,
—A copy under seal to be used as evidence,
—Such receipts, &c. given by non-residents and acknowledged,
with a certificate thereof, and seal of
office, to be recorded, and a copy admitted as evidence,
in the same manner,
    Guardians directed to be appointed by the chancellor
or county courts to appear for infants on petition
for sale of real estates,
—On petition by the guardians of infants, a sale of
the real estate may be directed,
—The proceeds of the sale to be paid by the trustee
to the guardian, and vested by him in stock, &c. as the
orphans court shall direct,
    Natural guardians, or those appointed by will, to
give bond with security to be approved by the orphans
courts,
—To settle their accounts, &c. as prescribed for
other guardians,
—The orphans courts may empower them to sell
any leasehold estate of their wards,
—The proceeds or any surplus money, to be invested
in bank stock, &c. in the name without the concurrence
of the orphans court,
—No sale of the stock to be made without the concurrence
of the orphans court,
    Guardians accounts may be stated in the recess,
by the registers, subject to the review and final passage
or rejection by the orphans courts,
    On the consent of the actual guardian of minors, &c.
the real estate may be sold in order to save the personal,
    A commission may issue to three persons in the
state where an infant resides, to appoint a guardian
to answer, &c.

    A submission to the court not to be considered an
admission of the fact either to find the person guilty,
or to charge him with the costs if not guilty,
