    Judges of the county courts may be removed by
the governor upon the address of the general assembly,
provided that two-thirds of all the members of
each house concur in such address,
    The governor to sign the proclamation declaring the
persons chosen as electors of the president, &c. and
members of congress,
    Letters of attorney for acknowledging deeds may
be proved before the governor of the state, where
they shall be executed,
—Acknowledgment of deeds by any feme covert residing
out of the state, may be made before the governor,
—How to be certified,
    Upon the death, resignation, or removal out
of this state of the governor, not necessary to call
the legislature, but the first named of the council
to qualify and act as governor until the next
meeting thereof,
