    When a man is convicted of bigamy, his first wife
shall be entitled to one third of his personal estate as if
he had died intestate, and she had survived him, to be
allotted to her in the same manner as distribution is
made of the personal estate of intestates,
—When a woman is so convicted, she shall forfeit
her distributory share of her first husband's personal
estate, which she would be entitled to if he had died
intestate, and she had survived him,
    Distribution of specific articles to be made by persons
appointed by the orphans courts,
—If it cannot be equally made, a sale to be ordered,
