    Nothing herein to repeal the powers of the levy court
as to altering public roads through the lands of persons
petitioning therefor,

judgment is transmitted to the levy courts,

proceedings begun may be proceeded on,

    Allowance to the criers for attendance in the terms
of the county courts established for chancery proceedings,
